The original founder of the company was Late Mr. Gyanchand  Vaswani who settled in Raipur. Mr. Gyanchand Vaswani displayed considerable talent, great business acumen and unusual speculative courage, he rapidly gained such a remarkable understanding of the trade that he was able to establish his mill and invite his brother to join the business.

Throughout the years, Vaswani Group of Industries responded to changing economic conditions and new market opportunities through vertical integeration and periodic restructuring.
